1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Kshetra Collections.
- For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
